Dental Insurance and Payments Options

  DENTAL INSURANCE INFORMATION

Dr. Bell at Marketplace Smiles is not contracted with any dental insurance companies. We are happy to file claims and accept assignment from your dental insurance but we will be filing to the "Out of Network" portion of the benefits. Ultimately the patient is responsible for the difference between what the insurance pays and what our fee may be for the service. If you have a dental discount policy we are unable to accept these plans  at our office because we are not contacted.

All dental insurances are different.  Since we deal with dental insurances everyday, we understand first hand that dental insurance is sometimes complicated and can be confusing to our patients.  We will do our best to calculate what your insurance will pay when you schedule treatment but we will not guarantee coverage.  On occasion, your dental insurance may not cover treatments due to stipulations in your dental insurance contract agreement.  If you have any questions, please contact our front office staff.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Our office currently accepts the following types of payments: Cash, Checks,  Mastercard, Visa and Discover.

We do not accept American Express or Care Credit.
